What’s your reason for living? This month we read Ikigai – The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life by Hector Garcia and Fancesc Miralles to find out what keeps the residents of a Japanese village with the highest percentage of 100-year-olds going. Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means “a reason of being.” We will learn what keeps this community striving and how to apply it to our everyday lives. In finding out how they move, we can learn how we should move. Lets go!
