Since we’ve gone through “Mamba Mentality” and “Eleven Rings” already, we’re going for the three-peat and read Mumford’s book “The Mindful Athlete” in June. In it, he talks about how he helped Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant get into the zone of pure performance under pressure or what he calls the “flow state.” Like all of the books we read, hopefully these principles can translate into our regular day-to-day lives as well.
